An elegant expression of Exton Park's unique chalk terroir, this is a refreshing wine with crisp minerality. In colour, the clear golden hue tends almost to the green. Its fresh attractive nose is generous, with a lemon character and hints of passion fruit. A sparkling pale pink in colour, yet with a surprising depth of fruit, the wine displays a delicate pink like roses in a garden when the new buds are opening. After an enticing noes of strawberry & liquorice, it reveals rich fruit characters including white peach the the rich plum flavours so typical of Pinot Noir.
